Hand #55: Jamie O'Connor limped from the small blind and Pierre Calamusa checked in the big blind. The flop was {k-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{2-Clubs} and both players checked. The turn was the {3-Hearts} and O'Connor took the pot down with a bet of 300,000.

Hand #56: Joe Cada raised to 350,000 from the cutoff and the others folded.

Hand #57: Joao Vieira limped from the small blind and Cada raised to 500,000. Vieira folded and Cada picked up the pot.

The turn was the {7-Spades} and both players checked. The river was the {8-Clubs} and Vieira checked behind. They opened up and O'Connor won the pot. No cards were revealed, but O'Connor winning that latest pot keeps him firmly at the top of the chipcounts, while Pierre Calamusa is feeling the heat of sitting in the short-stack seat.

Hand #45: Joao Vieira raised to 350,000 from the hijack and the others folded.

Hand #46: Jamie O'Connor raised to 320,000 from the button Vieira called from the big blind. The flop was dealt {k-Clubs}{8-Spades}{3-Diamonds} and Vieira checked. O′Connor continued with a bet of 250,000. Vieira got out of the way.

Hand #47: Pierre Calamusa raised from the button as he pushed 375,000 forward. Small blind Vieira three-bet all in for effectively 3,840,000 and both big blind Joe Cada and Calamusa folded their hand.

Hand #48: O'Connor raised to 320,000 and Olivier Busquet called from the big blind. The flop fell {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{10-Hearts} and Busquet check-called a bet of 250,000 from O'Connor.

The {a-Diamonds} was dealt on the turn and both players checked. The {8-Clubs} was dealt on the river. Busquet led out with a bet of 375,000 and O'Connor took his time to end up folding.

Hand #49: Joe Cada raised to 350,000 and Busquet three-bet all in from the small blind. O'Connor folded, but Cada quickly called.

Hand #43: Vieira raised to 340,000 from the button and Cada shoved from the small blind for 3,340,000. Busquet folded his big blind but Vieira asked for a count. The dealer confirmed the amount and Vieira looked at his own stack, the stacks of the other players on the table, before opting to fold.

Hand #44: Calamusa shoved from under the gun for 3,390,000 and got no action.

Hand #35: O'Connor limped from the small blind and Pierre Calamusa checked. The {9-Spades}{7-Clubs}{4-Spades} flop was dealt and O'Connor check-called a bet of 200,000. The {a-Spades} was dealt on the turn. Both players checked this time and the {8-Spades} landed on the river.

O'Connor led out with a bet of 400,000 on the river and Calamusa raised to 900,000 and O'Connor quickly folded.

Hand #36: O'Connor limped on the button and Calamusa raised to 650,000. Vieira folded in the big blind and O'Connor got out of the way.

Hand #37: O'Connor raised to 250,000 from the cutoff and Joe Cada called in the big blind. The flop fell {q-Spades}{10-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} and both checked. The turn was the {7-Clubs} and they both checked again to see the {6-Hearts} on the river. Cada bet 250,000 on the river and O'Connor raised to 800,000. Cada got out of the way.

Hand #38: Olivier Busquet received a walk in the big blind.

Hand #39: Vieira raised to 250,000 from the cutoff and big blind O'Connor called. The {9-Spades}{5-Spades}{4-Diamonds} flop was dealt. Both checked on the flop and the turn was the {10-Diamonds} which made O'Connor bet 400,000. Vieira called to see the {q-Diamonds} on the river.

O'Connor now fired a bet of 875,000 on the river and Vieira was clearly in a marginal spot. The chip leader eventually called and was shown {9-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}, which was the winning hand as Vieira mucked. O'Connor is closing in on Viera's lead here, with the Portuguese player having had double the British player's stack a short time ago.

The flop came {9-Spades}{3-Spades}{a-Diamonds}, Vieira checked, Busquet continued with a bet of 200,000 and the rest folded.

Hand #32: Busquet raised to 250,000 from under the gun and Joe Cada defended his big blind. The flop came {9-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{2-Spades}, Cada check-raised the 150,000 bet of Busquet to 500,000. Busquet contemplated his options for a bit, grimaced and then let his hand go.

Hand #33: Calamusa raised to 250,000 from the cutoff, Vieira three-bet to 750,000 from the button and everyone else, including Calamusa himself, let their hands go.
