Bad River Sends Bleiker Packing

Level 26 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Action folded to Felix Bleiker who raised all-in from the small blind and Rodney Spriggs called from the big blind.

Felix Bleiker: {j-}{4-}
Rodney Spriggs: {10-Hearts}{4-Hearts}

Bleiker had Spriggs dominated and nothing changed after the {8-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} flop hit the felt.

The {6-Diamonds} turn gave Bleiker a sweat as it gave Spriggs more outs with a gutshot straight draw and unfortunately for him, the {10-Clubs} river was on of those outs, ending his tournament.

Alafogiannis Doubles with Aces

Level 26 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

The action was picked up with Chris Alafogiannis all-in and at-risk versus Ari Mezrich.

It was the {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts} of Alafogiannis's that were in the lead against the {7-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} that Mezrich held.

The dealer placed out a flop of {q-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{3-Hearts} and Alafogiannis remained in the lead.

The {8-Diamonds} turn and the {2-Spades} river changed nothing and Alafogiannis survived his all-in and chipped up to over 1 million chips.

Level 26 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Kevin Wang raised to 125,000 from late position and was called by Chad Norton from the hijack before Juan Londonoposada squeezed for 775,000 from the big blind.

Wang mucked his hand while Norton snap-called and the two players tabled their hands.

Juan Londonoposada: {4-Spades}{4-Spades}
Chad Norton: {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts}

Londonoposada was way behind needing help but the {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} runout ended his tournament.

Aldemir Doubles Through Andion

Level 25 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Alejandro Andion moved all-in for 1,055,000 chips effective and was called by Koray Aldemir from the big blind.

The cards were turned face-up and it was the pocket {5-Clubs}{5-Hearts} of Andion versus the {k-Spades}{j-Diamonds} of Aldemir.

The dealer spread the flop of {4-Clubs}{2-Spades}{k-Hearts} and Aldemir hopped into the lead.

The {q-Clubs} on the turn changed nothing. The river was the {a-Clubs} and the flopped pair of kings of Aldemir's held and he secured his double.

Sherker Doubles With Rivered Broadway

Level 25 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Ariel Sherker was all in an at risk preflop with {a-Spades}{q-Spades}. She winced a bit when she saw that she was dominated by the {a-}{k-} of Christian Ly.

The flop came {10-Spades}{2-Spades}{k-Hearts} to give Sherker straight and flush outs. The {4-Clubs} turn was a blank but the {j-Hearts} river was one of needed outs and Sherker doubled up her stack with Broadway whilst Ly's chip stack took a hit in the process.
