Dunnett Bluffs Eychenne

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

While every player had already left the area to go on a break, Thomas Eychenne was still sitting and struggling in front of Warwick Dunnett in the small blind.

According to Eychenne after the hand, he opened from an early position to make it a 4-way pot. But on 8?7?10?, it was Dunnett who took the lead. Eychenne was the only one to call.

The 2? came on the turn, and Dunnett bet for approximately two-thirds of the pot. Eychenne called once again.

On the river 5?, Dunnett went all-in for 56,600 chips, almost three times the pot. Moving on his chair and taking his head in his hands, Eychenne went into the tank for five minutes and eventually called the clock.

After 30 seconds, he folded, and Dunnett slammed A?9? on the table for a big bluff. Eychenne stood up straight away and left, visibly frustrated.

Levin Left Short After Straight Over Straight

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

In a four-way pot on a board of 7?5?J?9?, Randy Levin bet 5,200 and David Cowling raised to 16,200. Two players folded and Levin three-bet jammed with Cowling covered. Cowling quickly called with a stack of around 35,000.

"Am I drawing dead?" Levin asked before the cards were flipped.

David Cowling: 10?8?
Randy Levin: 8?6?

His fears were confirmed; Levin was drawing to just a few chop outs as his opponent had a higher straight. The 4? river confirmed a double-up for Cowling and left Levin on fumes.

Cooler Sees Novotny Double Up

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Tomas Novotny and Adam Richardson had arrived on the turn in a port worth 11,500 chips. The board read 9?5?A?9? and Richardson had bet out 6,000 from the small blind and Novotny had raised that to 15,000 from the button. Richardson confirmed the amount of the raise before announcing "all in," covering Novotny's stack of 40,000 chips total.

Novotny snap called and the cards were tabled.

Tomas Novotny: A?9?
Adam Richardson: K?2?

The turn had brought Richardson a flush but he was drawing dead against the turned full house of Novotny. The river was dealt an inconsequential 4? and Richardson complimented his opponent's hand while handing over some chips.

Conniff Steals One on the River

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Asher Conniff raised to 700 in the hijack and Roman Hrabec reraised to 2,500 on his left in the cutoff. The action folded back to Conniff who opted to peel a flop of A?K?8?.

Conniff checked to Hrabec who continued with a bet of 1,700 and Conniff called. The turn brought the 9? and both players checked to the 6? on the river. Conniff led out with a bet of 11,000 and Hrabec instantly dumped his cards to the muck.

Tiny Double Up For Hosseini

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Serhii Popovych opened from the cutoff and received a single call from Hathi Hosseini on the button.

On 6?A?K?, Popovych checked, and Hosseini moved all in for 2,600 chips, which was less than 9 blinds. Even though he seemed to know that he didn't have the best hand, Popovych had no choice but to call.

Hathi Hosseini: A?5?
Serhii Popovych: K?8?

Hosseini's pair of aces had to hold, and that's what happened on the turn Q? and the river 5?, which even brought him a second pair.

On the very next hand, Popovych open-folded when Hosseini went all in once again. Thanks to these two hands, Hosseini's stack increased to 8,000 chips.

Tice Makes Incredible Fold; Left Short

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
Landon Tice
Landon Tice

The button limped and Michael Wilklow raised to 1,500 in the small blind. Landon Tice called in the big blind, as did the button.

The dealer fanned a flop of 10?10?8? and all three players checked around.

The 2? fell on the turn and Wilklow bet 5,100. Only Tice made the call.

When the 3? landed on the river, Wilklow led out for 11,000 before Tice raised to 37,000, leaving just 5,000 behind. Wilklow moved all in and Tice tank folded while saying, "I guess you just have eights here?"

Tice showed his 2x2x for a full house, and Wilklow let him know he was right as he tabled 8x8x.

Gold "Running Too Good"

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
Jamie Gold
Jamie Gold

The player in the cutoff raised to 800 and was called by the player in the small blind and Jamie Gold in the big blind.

Action checked to the preflop raiser on the Q?J?K? flop and he bet 1,000. The small blind called and Gold then check-raised to 3,300. The cutoff folded, as did the small blind after a bit of thought.

"Save your money, save your money," Gold said as he turned over the 10?9? for a flopped straight. "I'm running too good."
