As relayed to PokerNews by Matt Stout, Phil Ivey was eliminated following a series of hands. Earlier, Stout doubled through Ivey holding KxKx10x4x rainbow against Ivey's Ax9x8x5x with diamonds and spades.
The flop was 7?4?3? and Stout got his remaining stack in the middle. The turn 7? and river K? kept Stout in the lead from start to finish, leaving Ivey with a little over 100,000.
Shortly after, Ivey was all in again, this time with the 10?7?6?5? against the A?K?K?7? of Scott Eskenazi. The QxJx10x flop with two spades left Ivey all but drawing dead, and neither the turn nor river changed that.
