Richez Makes Tough Call

Anselmo Villarreal raised 240,000 in the cutoff and Brian Roff called on the button before Clement Richez came along in the big blind.

When the Q?10?9? flop hit the felt, Richez check-called a bet of 325,000 from Villarreal and Roff got out of the way.

The 8? turn was checked through, and the K? landed on the river. Richez dropped a bet of 150,000 across the line. Villarreal thought about it for a few seconds, and raised to 525,000. Richez went into the tank as he talked to himself aloud, and eventually made the call.
