Peter Campo Takes a Pot from Phil Ivey

Showing {A-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}{9-Spades}, Ivey bet 800 and was raised to 1600 by Peter Campo, whose upcards were {10-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{3-Clubs}. Ivey made the call. On sixth street, Ivey checked after being dealt the {4-Spades}, and Campo bet 800 on the {2-Hearts}. On the river, Ivey checked again, Campo bet another 800, Ivey called, and Campo turned over 10's and 3's to take down a big pot.

Campo now has 8100 chips and Ivey dropped to 12,000.

Vote Must Be Unanimous

The tournament staff just announced that the final eight players who reach the final table will vote on whether to continue playing tonight until a winner is determined, or come back tomorrow for Day 3 action.

The current feeling in the room hints towards a Day 3, but the decision will likely depend on how long it takes to narrow the field. Yesterday's pace was rather slow, and if it carries over to today, expect an extra day of play tomorrow afternoon.
