Victor Ramdin raised preflop and David Chiu called from the big blind. The flop came down and both players checked. After the fell on the turn, Chiu checked and Ramdin fired 60,000. Chiu took some time and then mucked his hand, allowing Ramdin to pick up the first pot since moving to the secondary feature table.
