Jason Mercier joined the PokerNews Podcast to talk about the World Series of Poker, not engaging in bracelet bets, and the first time he ever played online poker. Then, all hell breaks loose. The crew rants about televised poker, Galen Hall and Jesse Martin break the live stream, and there are surprise visits by Allen Kessler, Matt Glantz, and Matt Salsberg.

Hand #120: Volpe raised to 45,000 from his button and Jason Mercier three-bet shoved all in from the small blind. Volpe called and each player took one card.

Both players had an eighty-seven draw and Volpe squeezed his card first. He ripped over a , making his eighty-seven and giving him a huge lead in the hand. Mercier peer at his card and also tabled a , giving him a pair and ensuring his elimination. He will collect $99,313 for his third place finish.

Hand #107: Action folded to Volpe in the small blind and he raised to 40,000. Jason Mercier called out of the big blind. For the draw, Mercier picked up one new card and Volpe stood pat. Both players checked, Volpe showed , and he was pushed the pot.
Hand #108: Volpe raised to 40,000 from the button and both of his opponents folded.
Hand #109: Mercier popped it up to 40,000 from his button and took down the blinds and antes.
Hand #110: Mercier received a walk in the big blind.
Hand #111: Mercier raised to 47,000 from the small blind and Negreanu folded his big blind.
Hand #112: Mercier made it 40,000 from the button and Volpe called out of the big blind. Both competitors took two cards on the draw.
Volpe checked and Mercier fired out 48,000 and Volpe released his cards.
Hand #96: Daniel Negreanu received a walk in the big blind.
Hand #97: Jason Mercier had the button and opened to 40,000. Both of his opponents folded their hands.
Hand #98: Negreanu raised to 55,000 from the button and Paul Volpe called from the small blind. Both players drew one card and Volpe checked over to the six-time WSOP bracelet winner. Negreanu checked it back, showed the , and scooped the pot.
Hand #99: Mercier raised to 42,000 from the small blind and Negreanu flatted from the big. Both players drew two cards and checke the final betting round. Negreanu showed for a pair of deuces. Mercier mucked and KidPoker picked up the pot.
Hand #100: Volpe received a walk in the big blind.
Hand #101: Volpe raised to 45,000 from the small blind and Mercier called. Both players drew one card and checked the final betting round. Volpe fanned and took down the pot.
